Types of Appointments

Making an
Abortion appointment

We ask that you have a positive pregnancy test before calling our office to book an appointment.

Make sure you have listened to our information line (604-874-9897) and/or read about Medication Abortions on this web site.

Appointments must be made by phone before coming to the office or you can fill out the Medication Abortion Booking Form. See Button Below.

If you have not already had a positive pregnancy test, you can have one done at your doctor’s office, a drop-in clinic or get a kit from a drug store.

You can expect to spend 5 to 10 minutes on the phone when booking your appointment. You may want to phone from somewhere private as we will be asking you some personal questions and giving you some more information. Please make sure to have your BC medical number (PHN) with you if you have one. We will also need the first date of your last period and your emergency contact phone number.

If you require an interpreter, please have that person call us directly to book your appointment and make sure that they are able to come to all appointments with you.

You do not need a referral from a doctor to come to our clinic. However, we will send a letter to your doctor about your visit here if you wish. Please note: this information is for Canadian women only.

Telephone hours: 9:30 – 12:00 and 1:30 – 4:30, Monday – Friday. Call 604-709-5611
